(A)TENSION de Bruno Mesquita
Synopsis:
Borders have been a central theme in history, constantly present in political, social, and economic discussions, influencing activist movements. Borders not only define geographical limits but also influence ideas and cultures. This theme goes beyond its spatiality, thus playing an important role in issues of identity and power, shaping and being shaped by the dynamics of human relations.
In this way, (A)TENSION uses this concept to explore the line as an essential element and sound as a transformative element, thus reflecting on social dynamics and the struggles for their transformation. For that reason, it invites viewers to question established narratives and reflect on alternative perspectives, creating space for contemplation about the power of manifestation and the social force capable of redefining these lines.
(A)TENSION is displayed in the “Sala de Conferências” of gnration.
