Rosa Cabecinhas, principal investigator of the MigraMediaActs project, took part in the programme of activities for Black Awareness Week at the Federal University of Bahia (UFBA), Brazil.

The activities carried out as a Visiting Professor under the CAPES Institutional Internationalisation Programme (PrInt) included seminars with various research groups from the Faculty of Communication and the Faculty of Psychology at UFBA and a round table discussion on artivism at Acervo da Laje.

Also noteworthy was a conference, open to the entire community, entitled “Ethnic-Racial Relations, Intersectionality and Decoloniality: Reflections from the experience of the MigraMediaActs project“, on 24 November 2023 at UFBA in Salvador (BA), Brazil.
