The closing session of the Conference (30th April) will feature an artistic performance by students of the Masters in Media Arts, from the University of Minho, taking place in the Auditorium of the Institute of Education (the same place where the work will take place that day), at 6 pm.

The work “Memories in Motion“, by Cláudia Barbosa, Isabela Rosario, João Sousa and Nuno Loureiro, is a sensory experience that delves into the intersection between memory, perception and technology, with deep roots in psychoanalysis. Revealing repressed memories and afterimages that shape our understanding of the world, this experience uses visual manipulation and immersive sounds to create an atmosphere that challenges the senses. By exploring the concept of expanded cinema, we seek to go beyond the current limits of the moving image, allowing the creation of more vivid images and questioning our relationship between reality and the virtual environment.
